Hotels Booking Center - Hotel Booking Guide

1. Please go to our website

2. In the main page, click your selected destination in the Top Destination link. - This will bring up the cities in the destination country.

3. Click on the city of your choice. - This will bring up general information about accommodation in the city chosen, with links to help you choose the Hotel.

4. From the Hotel list you can choose the hotel that suits you best. Click on the name of your first choice. - This will bring up details of facilities and rates for this hotel.

5. Choose your Arrival Date and Departure Date. If you're satisfied click on the 'CHECK AVAILABILITY NOW'

6. The system will show room types are available for your selected dates click on the button 'BOOK NOW' for the type of room you need. - This will bring the Room Reservation Form.

7. Please fill the form. Then click 'Continue' - You will be presented with choices of ways to send your credit card details.
Please follow the on - screen instructions. This will complete the reservation procedure. We will confirm by email receipt of your credit card details, and when reservation with the hotel has been completed.

You can make your payment in one of these two ways

1. Entering your on-line credit card details and submitting to on our
Secure Online Credit Card Form. System will send the link to you by e-mail

2. By going to our Online Fax Form, print it, fill it out and fax it to us at:

** NOTE: If the credit card to be used is under a different name than that used for the booking, payment can only then be made by fax with the credit card owner's signature.

* Upon receiving your credit card information your card will then be authorized prior to your arrival and billed during your stay.

* IMPORTANT! If the arrival date of your booking is within 7 days of today we need your credit card details immediately in order to process your booking
